Lefkada also known as Lefkas Island is large and
fertile island and has much to offer to the visitor: impressive
landscapes, long golden sandy beaches with crystal clear waters,
traditional villages, a nice capital, several lively beach resorts
with many activities on offer as well as perfect wind conditions
for windsurfing and kite surfing and much more. Orthodox Greek churches
remain the center piece of daily life whilst archaeological sites
